New Year's mood, another week before the end of the year. I try not to rush things and live now and not there, in the future. I stop my thoughts and catch the moments here and now. And this is perhaps one of the best skills of humanity, to seize the moment and create the future now. Children, family, grandparents, parents, men, women, how wonderful it all is, rejoice, laugh, call and communicate the whole family is the most precious thing a person has.
In December, my family became stronger and stronger, more trusting, happier, happier, even with all the vrednyuchki and caprices, and you know what, this is gratitude to yoga and the knowledge that it brings. I remember the words "yoga is a way of life" are not just three principles, they are instructions for life. Kindness, logic and the will to live.
During the week I watched the movie "eat, pray, love" here it is important to understand that I am who I am and I take responsibility for my life into my own hands and I take responsibility for my actions and all those moments to which I react or not.
Yoga helps me to maintain this balance, helps me to keep my composure and not to succumb to provocations, but how exactly, yes, simply, observing three principles 1. Kindness.2. Consistency.3. Help.
The seminar about Kindness gives the concept of addressing yourself and analyzing your actions and reactions, it's not very simple, but it's responsible towards yourself and other people.
