The course on anatomy has ended and it's time to leave your review on anatomy!

And I want to say that this course "came" to me, even "flyed", although I have nothing to do with the study of anatomy in all my previous educations. And there was a lot of terminology for me and a lot of things that were not clear and incomprehensible. What exactly this course gave me and why it is important for a yoga instructor to understand how the human body works:

1) it helps to understand how the body works and analyze the situation, what practical lesson to give in a group, based on the physical and even emotional state of the people who came to your lesson. This way you can avoid any traumatic situations and achieve the maximum benefit from the practice.

2) my personal practice didn’t stick in any way, I just didn’t understand why / why I needed it. Well, yes, to keep the body in good shape, well, yes, it seems that the physical condition and mood are better, but if some kind of non-standard situation, then you fall out of the practice process instantly. And the task is to integrate the practice so that it is a part of life. One of the options, of course, is to develop a habit, but this is time, effort, all the time fighting and agreeing with yourself. For me, this option has always failed ... When the course of Anatomy began, then after realizing how all neural connections, the brain are connected with our thoughts and lifestyle, personal practice somehow came by itself. I immediately wanted to try to feel the information received in practice. And the reasons why there is discomfort in certain places became clear, and most importantly, what can be done about it and how to reduce it.

3) we are all studying to be yoga teachers and on our life path we come across people who are completely different in thinking. Each person, of course, is unique, but, one way or another, we are somehow divided into groups. So, according to the perception of information, we are divided into the group "which is all through feelings / sensations" and the group "pure logic". And, as educators, we need to get the message out to both of these groups. There are many subtle moments in yoga that the "pure logic" group does not understand and consider it all fiction. And just a lot of such moments we can explain in an accessible way, through, for example, understanding how a person works, to both groups.

4) there is another argument in favor of studying anatomy. If something bothers us physically, then we turn to specialists / doctors / doctors. It's good that you get to a competent specialist who will give you the necessary recommendations in your case. And if it turns out that you didn’t get to that very specialist? (of course, we all understand about karma and all that, but still ..))) ) Without a minimum understanding of how the body works, you can do a lot of things that you will be raking it for years... As they say, we must bear it ourselves responsibility for your body/health.

So, the result of my thoughts on the course is smiling)

Yes, in some places there were classes longer than expected and a lot of information, but all this, in principle, can be solved by watching the recording at a faster pace and as many times as necessary.

If we talk about the technical part, since the course of Anatomy changes very quickly and is supplemented, then, of course, there it still needs to be "combed" in tests and in the grammatical part.

In general, I really liked the anatomy course, and I would like to know a little more information about how a person works. And I'm waiting for new pieces / blocks of anatomy for my discoveries and understandings! улыбаюсь

Curators Thanks for the course!
