1 - the first one is MILA; 2 - I keep my haste under control; 3 - I was at upz on Monday, doing kriya and mantra yoga + recording upz with Mila on Wednesday.

This week I try to take my time and be attentive to everything. I attend classes, communicate with people and even helped one little man.
