01. MY THREE POSITIVE POINTS.

1 - the first one is MILA; 2 - I keep my haste under control; 3 - I was at upz on Monday, doing kriya and mantra yoga + recording upz with Mila on Wednesday.

I was once again convinced that yoga is my way of life!

I thank the creators of the courses, thank the teachers, curators and all those who are at least indirectly involved in yoga.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.

This week I try to take my time and be attentive to everything. I attend classes, communicate with people and even helped one little man.

For now, train every other day.
