Are human joys simple?

Human joys. What are they made up of? Where do they lead? Why are they needed?
Is it true: that for a simple person joy is suffering for a yogi?
The study of yoga theory makes you think about such issues, gradually changing your attitude to life in general and to joys in particular.
You begin to realize that there are joys that multiply suffering, and there are those that multiply joys.
For example, the joy of victory over the enemy is temporary. Tomorrow he will find a way to take revenge and this will lead to even greater suffering.
But the joy of victory over your own ignorance illuminates with its light not only your Universe, but also those who interact with it.
Having learned to distinguish between them, you will easily find the path of your Dharma.
If you follow the path of Dharma, you will increase joy and happiness. Everything is interconnected. One hooks and pulls the other.
This is how the picture of yoga gradually develops, weaving into everyday life and decorating it with all the blessings of earthly existence.
It turns out that simple human joys are not so simple. They also need to be used wisely.
