Preface:
If you need to change something in your life: a habit, a way of life and thoughts, a manner of communication, then start small. It is not effective to try to turn your whole life upside down - this is stress, and stress is not necessary. It is better to start taking small steps in the right direction, if you can not walk, then you can crawl, and if it does not work here, then at least lie in the right direction.
Plan:
1. Write down your current situation-point A (in as much detail as possible, what is there, why the situation is like this, what contributes, what qualities will help you come to point B, what hinders, what needs to be developed).
2. Write down your goal-point B (in as much detail as possible)
3. Write down intermediate goals
4. Act! Start small, with what you can start doing now, and do it.
5. Sum up the results at each intermediate point, adjust your path. And praise yourself for your achievements.
6. Be convinced of the power of your Self, visualize and everything will be as your Self wants)
7. Enjoy life, enjoy it and enjoy your way.
