What an interesting phenomenon. Brains often complicate things and sometimes do not perceive obvious simple solutions as solutions. They send them to “chase” in search of the necessary solution, they spend somewhere in the abyss of prana, time, and still come to the first answer, which was already there, but seemed too simple and obvious.
So that's it. Let's move on to the sources of information. They are absolutely different. But to forget about the presence of this source in oneself, or to have a tendency to listen to oneself in one question, but not at all in another - this is something strange. This time, such a discovery helped me to make the Third principle of yoga, or rather - its applied part. In my attempts to help others with advice, there were explicit my personal answers. Plus different combinations on this topic. It’s curious how it is that if you start to think over something with your brains and emotions, get involved, then you simply don’t hear any other arguments, not even yourself. What works here, in my opinion, is the presence of the usual constant practice of yoga. During the practice, the tenacity of emotions, thoughts decreases slightly, even everything that is not about practice is completely released. Then you return to your business after rebooting. Therefore, it makes sense to practice and protect the time of practice and its presence even in rebooted periods of life - it will pull out, everything will somehow sort itself out.
Complexity. With the course of personal evolution, the ability to solve, resolve more and more complex issues grows. Life itself raises this bar and provides such tasks. At the same time, it makes sense to increase this entire complexity on the sly, but constantly. It should be somehow feasible, so that with some effort it would be possible to cope with it, moderate difficulty, something like that)) Super big difficulty can crush, an emergency schedule that was planned for a small period can stretch for a long time, and so on. In general, the feeling of harmony that we learn to catch during yoga practice, between effort, relaxation in an asana and rest is a very good clue WHAT to look for outside the yoga mat.
I am very grateful to this yoga island - Open Yoga University, there is much more here than we can wish for;)
