reflections on pranayama yoga

Practicing yoga, especially the practice of pranayama, often leads to such a phenomenon as "cleansing". Reflections and discussions with like-minded people led me to such an analogy, a picture. Our body, a group of bodies, is an airplane. It is located somewhere in the hangar, in a spare parking lot, perhaps next to the runway, and its condition looks, perhaps, adequate, looks like an airplane, smells like an airplane .. In each case, there is a place and a condition, karma. But the purpose, essence, purpose, dharma of an airplane is to fly! Flight is the highest stage of being. We are starting to practice.. We rolled out onto the runway.. Then there are many options - we didn’t reach it, the landing gear broke off.. we hit the ground painfully.. We accelerated, one flap did not open, somersaulted strongly to the side.. There are many options, but the essence is this, that incidents begin. Purges. But our plane is alive, that is, it is adaptive, flexible, it can be treated, trained, all the qualities of a living thing are inherent in it, consciousness is not alien to it in the first place. And now, as we move along the path, everything is gradually getting better, the causes are found, the consequences are corrected, all the components are tuned in the right way, harmoniously! Here all yoga practices are for good! And then one day - flight! The highest degree of freedom, realization!
