MY POSITIVES: 1. I bought a couple of cozy little things from clothes 2. I went to strength training, and then a couple of days later for a sports massage 3. One evening I had a severe headache .... so I went to bed with an effort until 22 : 00. As a result, I slept already at 3:00 and had a lot of things to do and was vigorous all day))) Magic!)

MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES:
I liked the thought from the Lecture on Rita's Law: When you walk with the Universe, your Freedom increases all the time, you do not meet obstacles, any of your will becomes the will of the Universe and is fulfilled by itself.
I observe myself in life and correlate my life and my actions with this law. How clear and subtle everything works!
MY YOGA INSPIRED PER WEEK:

I felt the Yoga of Prostration) I replace my morning exercises with it! It invigorates even 30-40 minutes in a leisurely rhythm)

MY THANKS AND PRAISES:
I thank my group Rita for inspiration in my studies)

PRAISE MYSELF for trying to live according to the principles of yoga
I praise myself for taking care of my body

PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE PER WEEK:
3 yogas of stretching in the morning, 2 personal practices, 2 KPZ

DIFFICULTIES: I did not observe this week)
