The fruits of the practice are probably still to ripen, and this is an interim review, but nevertheless ...)

This was my first night retreat, and, I must confess, I wasn’t sure that this format was my thing: usually lack of sleep does not have a good effect on my well-being, and on that day I felt sleepy already at 9 p.m. But my trust to the School and the desire to get this experience overweighed doubts - and I did not regret it for a second, neither during the practice, nor the next day, nor afterwards...)

As soon as I arrived, the sleepiness vanished - there was only warmth and joy from seeing "my" people again: so many open, kind and adequate people in one place is a rarity in itself, and in tantric practices it is especially and doubly valuable)

From time to time my gaze fell on the clock. It was one, two, three a.m. - and surprisingly, I still didn't feel sleepy. Although part of the brain was probably asleep, because it was quiet and clear in my head, no usual mental chatter, and I found it very easy to stay focused in the stream of practice. Partner kriya - nyasa - rita yoga - meditation - it was a single harmonious flow of practice.

According to the plan, we were supposed to finish at 4 a.m., in fact we went to bed around 5, gently, through the practice of Nidra yoga... 4-5 hours of sleep - and we got up again to have a snack and do the morning practice... And it was all the same clarity and lightness in the head and in the body, no traces of fatigue or lack of sleep - fantastic) Truly, the keys to our superpowers are in other people’s hands))

Thanks to Katya Karani, Igor, Kerigona and all the participants for this treat!
