Many people, having heard the word karma, indicate something mystical, sometimes terrible, and sometimes associate with a curse ...
There is nothing supernatural in our Universe, there is varying degree of knowledge in it. And karma is an extremely logical concept.
Karma is the law of cause and effect. The expression "what you sow, you reap" most conveys its meaning.
Imagine a seed of an apple, here you plant it in the ground, water it, i.e. it gets into favorable conditions and begins a process of growth that we do not even see.
Introducing further. Time passes and the more it passes, the larger our apple tree becomes. New twigs, leaves and fruits appear.
And now this is already a huge tree with an incredible number of twigs, leaves, which cannot be counted, and hundreds of apples in which new seeds are ripening.
And now replace the apple seed in your imagination with an action, and any, appropriate or inappropriate (in yoga it is believed that there is no good or bad, there is appropriate and inappropriate).
So we plant the cause and get the effect. That is why the conditions in which we find ourselves, we form ourselves. Imagine the difference between a seed and a huge tree. The consequences of our actions also multiply. We do not remember every our action and then we wonder "why?" or "for what?"
