My fifth workshop can be expressed in words ... flight, levitation, pleasure, kindness, discovery, rediscovery, new acquaintances. With each seminar, transformations take place in meyself, attitudes towards people, practices, place. This retreat was special for me, I officially and solemnly accepted the principles of yoga, although for several years they have become firmly embedded in my life, which I am incredibly happy about. It is not always possible to clearly follow them in every moment of my life, but I strive for this. Also at the seminar, for the first time I took exams from the junior group in anatomy and English, and this is a new experience that inspired me and again allowed me to think about how everything is well thought out in MOYU, when you take the exam, you repeat the material again and come to understand what it means to be a teacher. I teach Mantra English and the workshop allowed me to see some of my students and communicate with them personally. I was also impressed by the ceremonial presentation of diplomas to graduates at the end of the university, so everything was kind, sincere. In conclusion, I want to say that it is a great honor, joy and inspiration for me to be a part of MOYU! Thanks to the ideological inspirer Vadim Openyoga, my wonderful curators, Olesya Shanti, Olga Rupini, who share their knowledge and experience and have been leading our group for the third year already. Respect and thanks to all MOYU teachers for sharing your experience, knowledge and giving miraculous, inspiring, incredible practices! Thanks to you, the Universe opens up for us with different facets, we expand our freedom, become happier!
