Even a little violence during a long practice makes you run away from yoga. If you practice not even every day, but with love, it is more effective. If you have been practicing yoga for 20 out of 40 years since you got acquainted with it, this is already great!

I know many people who practice yoga for 2 weeks hard, but then for 2 months they don't even want to look at the yoga mat. Is their perseverance and desire to make the practice perfect so effective? The worst thing is that they face a sense of guilt for 2 months of procrastination. Down with the neurosis of perfectionism from the practice of yoga!

Yes, that's true. We can force ourselves and feel joy, or we can force ourselves and feel disgust. That is the difference-)
