02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

Many phenomena in our lives are cyclical. Day and night, seasons, hormonal changes, cold and heat, etc.
We're swung back and forth, and we often hear that this is very disruptive.
For example: how can you run if it's hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and dirty in the fall and spring?
Or: I'm currently going through a period in my life when it's especially difficult for me to do anything because external circumstances or internal structures are interfering.

I can suggest two strategies:
1. Adapt to these cycles, rest more when it makes sense to rest and work hard when there's an upswing. 2. You can overcome and persevere despite the conditions and circumstances.

Which path is more correct?
In the first case, we seek harmony with the influences upon us – it's easier to go with the flow than against it.

In the second case, we cultivate independence from external influences.

And the correct path seems to be the one that leads to the goal. If you can move with the flow, then great, it's easier. But if the goal is in a different direction, then you need to overcome.
