1. Course Feedback*: Everything is explained very well and expectations are clear.
2. Name and Location*: My name is Katie, I currently live in Ohio in the United States.

5. About Me*: I started practicing yoga only a few months ago after receiving a diagnosis of POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). POTS has a lot to do with nervous system dysregulation and I was feeling so awful that I was willing to try anything to learn to regulate my nervous system. I loved it right away and it helps me tremendously in connecting to my body. I now know that my purpose in life is to teach yoga and help others gain that sense of connection with themselves.
6. My Yoga Background (optional): My journey has just started. I practice yoga every single morning, no matter how I feel. I sometimes do it 2-3 times a day. I have been self studying yoga philosophy at home daily.
7. New Discoveries from the Course*: The Law of Rita.
8. Bringing Yoga Theory into Life & My Practice*: Absolutely. I listen to my body and what it needs and I live purposely and truthfully to my self.
9. Your Current Yoga Practice (optional): I enjoy Hatha yoga the most so far.
10. Praising Myself & Positive Moments*: I am proud of myself for showing up consistently in my yoga practice every day no matter what, how much I have learned about yoga philosophy and its origins in such a short time, and how much more grounded and stable I feel in my body.
11. Questions, Suggestions, or Technical Issues(optional): No.
12. How Did You Discover IOYU? What Drew You In?* I was searching online for free yoga teacher training. It drew me in because I plan on taking the 200 hour teacher training but cannot afford it right now, and I want to learn as much as possible and really be working towards my goal of teaching daily.
