02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
Our Self manifests itself as ananda. Thoughts directed to the central channel return to us in waves
of joy and happiness. It looks like an encouragement, a carrot that attracts to move in the right direction.
But, if self-knowledge of your Self seems difficult to achieve, then meditation on the central channel seems quite simple.
But where then are the crowds of drug addicts hooked on this meditation?
It turns out that it is difficult to achieve for an ordinary person?
Ignorance and disbelief definitely interfere, but if one has achieved and can teach a not particularly complex meditation technique, then why is there no chain reaction?
Not strong enough sensations to attract attention or difficult to achieve?
Or sensations do not cause addiction and/or desire to pass on to others?
Or are people so confused in May that they cannot use it?
Or is there something else that is overlooked?
