01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Minimum distraction
2. Summer cottage, fresh air, river, tent
3. Currants and raspberries from the bush
02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
It turned out that concentration has its downsides.
When concentrating on one thing, you stop directing attention to another. It seems like the second principle is in action, but it is very easy to forget about the first, especially in relation to yourself.
The first thing that began to suffer was sleep. You want to continue doing it, and not go to bed on time or earlier.
The second is physical activity. When the work is sedentary, getting carried away, you can easily forget about the body's need to move. The only thing that saves you is the Pomodoro timer, reminding you that you need to take a break. Well, and also teas that make you walk to the toilet) In addition, I easily lose my posture - my back is hunched, my neck is unnaturally bent...
Nutrition - here, probably, is a plus, you don't want to eat, you can lose extra pounds, if you have any, but there is a tendency to slide into malnutrition and starvation.
If something distracting appears, then there is a desire to brush it off. But, for example, close people need something, brushing it off can harm. Then you try to achieve the distracting goal faster in order to return to the main one.
Simply put, observing the second principle, do not forget about the first, otherwise there will be unnecessary consequences.
But, of course, there are also advantages: the work is done faster, you can slip yourself a new habit, since there is motivation to quickly return to the main thing and there is no time to argue.
