01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. Got enough sleep in rainy weather
2. I clearly feel a lack of effort in practice, the body itself asks for it.
3. I pulled my back, cured it with practice, observing the principles
02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.
The body seems to be ours, but where did it come from and where will it go?
The body consists of cells, molecules, atoms - in other words, some kind of substance. Where did we get it? Initially from our parents, then replenished with food. It turns out that our physical body was completely assembled from something external. We can talk about a certain ocean of substance from which we form our bodies. At birth, we collect this substance into our body, after death, it returns back to common use. A kind of Lego blocks that we take for the duration of life and then give away.
Maybe we are our thoughts, mind, consciousness? We think in some language, we speak. Without language, it is probably possible to think in images, sounds, sensations (like red - danger, fear). But where did we get all this? We learned the language, saw images, heard sounds, accumulated experience. For all this, we need sense organs, and our body has them. Some memory from a past life also implies experience gained in the body.
Perhaps, reasoning from the position of the mind, we simply cannot understand that something exists without the mind. I think - therefore I exist, and if I don’t think, then what?
Yoga speaks of the existence of the Higher Self, for which all these are manifestations. Prana from the Higher Self manifests itself and we have everything that we are accustomed to consider ourselves to be.
But the Higher Selves, according to axiomatics, are facets of the absolute. It seems to be separated from the general, but, at the same time, part of this general.
Nothing personal...
