01. MY THREE POSITIVES.
1. A week alone at the dacha
2. Holidays.
3. Regular push-ups have a positive effect on both body and mind.

02. MY THOUGHTS AND DISCOVERIES.

Our Selves, like the absolute, exist outside of time and space.
Space is a container that has boundaries.
Time appears when the position of some objects changes relative to others.
It turns out that it's all about boundaries. If there are no boundaries, then there is no space and no different objects, since it is impossible to draw a line between them.
Then the term "boundless space" has no meaning, but only speaks of the impossibility of defining a boundary at the current moment in time.
Perhaps you can deceive - close the space on itself.
Take a circle - the line of the circle has no beginning or end, but there is clearly a perimeter of the circle. It seems like there is no border along the line, but there is a size. But, of course, there is a border separating the circle from the rest of the space.
Boundaries allow you to direct or hold, to manifest something. Try pouring water if there are no boundaries of the glass, and if there is no boundary between the water and everything else, then there will be no water...
This means that the Higher Self and the Absolute are without boundaries.
