02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
I'm tracking an interesting pattern: if I do a kriya in the morning, something starts to happen that day.
Long-put-off things start to get done, frogs are eaten, one thing leads to another, and the flywheel of things starts spinning.
What's interesting is that this doesn't only apply to things that depend on me. One might assume that I wound myself up in a kriya and by inertia I do something in life. But no, something comes from independent sources. People I haven't talked to for a long time start writing, projects that were on hold and waiting for their time surface.
Without the theory of kriya yoga it is impossible to explain, it is good that we have such a course.
