Before diving into my narrative, I’d like to share a few introductory thoughts on Jnana Yoga. At the International Open Yoga University, Jnana Yoga is considered the most powerful kind because it demands a sharp mind and refined intellectual capabilities in order to fully tap into one’s potential. It teaches us to discard any illogicality, fear, and self-doubt, while nurturing courage and self-trust.

To gain wit and insight, we must swiftly see far and high, avoid being uncompromising, and calculate multiple solutions and their outcomes. This grants a sense of omnipotence and the strength to be patient and understand reality, to clearly perceive true causes and effects. Jnana Yoga urges us to shape our future by quickly calculating all possibilities, thus saving time and enhancing our efficiency.
