Food for brain.

Our amazing and absorbing universe. Our higher self, as a part of the Universe, no less amazing and beautiful, manifests itself in this world through the associative links weaving. Here our higher self manifestations (energy / consciousness - body, thoughts, emotions, states) and as a result of our actions – habits. We are prone to identify ourselves with the associative links. We like something and it attracts us or we don’ like anything and we push it aside. Our higher self has a great power; we can create life at our discretion. The question is our delusion and the level of our awareness. We can break unnecessary associative links and build the necessary ones. All yoga practices work with them.

We should analyze our life, develop intellectual ability and build good habits. We should start with the body - Hatha Yoga and Kriya Yoga.

Tools for working with associative links (it's worth to remind myself):

1. Method of Avoidance: to avoid places and situations to prevent inappropriate habits or actions from emerging.

2. The method of substitution: substitute for a stronger pleasure. To strengthen the positive things for the negative ones removal.

3. Method of Raja Yoga: acts of will. If you plan something, it should be done. Confidently, no doubt.

4. To shift the attention: mantra yoga practice and meditation.

Well, do not stop sharpening the mind. To absorb knowledge. To be kind to yourself and to the universe around you.
