02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
I remember how, as a child, I asked myself the question: why don’t people fly like birds?
And he came up with a strange answer: only because they know that a person cannot fly.
You can reduce the question to the technical side, that the mass is different, there are no wings, etc., but I also heard that there is so much energy in one atom that you can move mountains.
But I don’t have the necessary knowledge yet, but I would know how or by the power of thought I could receive energy from the environment and direct it to the desired goal - fantastic, of course, but before a saucer from a fairy tale that showed another place was also a fairy tale, but now everyone is looking at the screens and not they think it's something special.
So, technical justification for a fantastic flight is possible if desired.
And there was another question: do you believe in God, providence, etc.? and answered that I believe in the person who realizes all this with his desires.
Now, the more I learn about yoga, the more I find parallels in different types, believe in your higher self, check it, be convinced, and then you can use it.
In other words, today I see the main goal of yoga is to discover that you can already do everything, you just need to squint (ritual) and believe.
And the question arises, where did such strange answers come from in childhood, why did the questions arise in the first place, and how did it all come together so neatly in my head now? Or is the brain so deceiving that any explanation, even an erroneous one, is better than none?
