All week I diligently caught up with my group, which had already studied without me for almost a month. And I succeeded! I just finished working on Step 6. I bought beautiful notebooks for classes))) In one of them I started to keep a Yoga Diary - it turned out to be really interesting and useful.
I finally learned the Three Principles of Yoga. It turns out that I have been trying to live by these principles for many years, but it never occurred to me to formulate them so clearly!Well done, Yogis!!!
But large texts in English still scare me, the brain demands to stop straining it and use a translator. But nothing, I will be doing catching up on missed English classes next week!
I really want to thank the authors of the idea of yoga English and all those who implement it. I consider this an important and useful practice.
And I also found myself a suitable pseudonym for studying at an Open Yoga School. I will be called CHATTRA, which means "disciple" in Sanskrit.
