Karma yoga.

01. MY THREE POSITIVES.

1. Positive in my personal life. It turns out to carry out internal work, catch your emotions and direct everything in the right direction. 2. The positive in studying is that everything turns out fine, we even managed to relax and catch up with everyone. 3. Positive in work, everything is fine there too, people come with different requests and different sensitivities, it turns out to work with the application of principles, I come up with different tricks and relieve the pain and suffering of my visitors.

02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.

Oh oh oh. Karma work. I work and listen to lectures. Once again, I was convinced that I am going my own way and I come across people who are ready to go further and work on themselves as painstakingly as I am. We may not succeed all at once, but we are trying and moving forward. I try to work honestly and responsibly, without deception, without extremes. And no matter what kind of work it is, I am not attached to the result, I know that the result will be and karma yoga tells us how to determine the result and how it all happens. How to turn defeat into victory. How to do a non-handwritten job, in the work of a lifetime. I know by myself what it is to wander from extreme to extreme, work on three jobs and not live, and I can also tell from my own experience how I am a tower out of this cycle of fuss and now I live, now I don't just have yoga for 24 hours, now I can fully say that everything is yoga. Karma yoga.

04. MY GRATITUDE AND PRAISE.

I thank my parents, I thank the curators of SZ, UPZ, lectures, English. I thank Ivan Smirnov, he conducts online broadcasts in VK and you can study with him. I thank my mentor Larisa for bhava, we could not meet for a long time and yet we succeeded. I thank Alexandra Brahmi for lectures, assignments and all the goodies. I thank my group for inspiration. And I thank Vadim Valeryevich for his excellent seminars, I am looking forward to the May meeting.

05. I WANT TO PRAISE MYSELF.

I'm good. I am very good, I will translate the video into text, at the same time I am learning fast methods, posting posts in VK and now I am waiting for the start of posting Patanjali posts.

06. PERSONAL YOGA PRACTICE FOR A WEEK.*

Every day Hatha, Kriya, Pranayama and mantra yoga for an hour. The practice has changed, there is a skrputka in which my back began to stretch and I felt relieved, and there are still such moments that, as if the absolute itself makes me nyasa, of course it's just my feelings, but it's so pleasantly relaxing and inspiring.
