02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.
This week, like last week, I am immersed in questions about yoga, what is it? how does it work and how can I tell people about it in the future? Or now, even when asked? I started asking the people around me, what do they know about yoga? And what is yoga for them? And everyone has the same thing: hatha, mantras, chakras, aura, etc. Basically, of course, this is static yoga in different poses and, of course, there are three poses in three nodes in the head). And I also keep thinking about the principles of yoga, how they work, how to apply them and how to implement them in life. Especially in the work of a massage therapist. As a rule, people come to me and ask me to put them out of their misery) I work with the nervous system, and it's not always possible to do a massage without any sensations, and that's where all the principles come in handy. Most of all, I like in my work to help people find freedom from pain, and I always ask them if they really want this? And if that's the case, then we start working together 50/50, and if it's not, then I just climb up to the person who likes to suffer. This week I got sick because I just wanted to be silent and smile, but instead I had unnecessary conversations, and my throat forcibly knocked me out, and I'm even glad about it) Thank you, I'm resting at home with the kids. But the cool thing is that I am not just silent, I meditate on the three principles of yoga and repeat the mantras "may all living beings be happy", Ganesha mantra and Gayati mantra. Yesterday, before work, I fed my lunch to the dogs that barked and bit me a month ago) wished them happiness and went on, I really wanted to hug them) but they are scared. Today karma has done a job that talked about the third principle of yoga. I realized that I wanted to go to Durso for a seminar in tents). I'm slowly preparing for the exam. I'm writing notes. I say the material out loud.
