02. MY REFLECTIONS AND DISCOVERIES.


The big topic is "What is Yoga" and rediscovery again. I am very glad that I started learning yoga here in MOYU. In 2017, I started practicing like many people on YouTube videos and I wanted to learn more about yoga and its origin, and I became a free listener and began to study. My myths that I had heard about in the outside world were destroyed from the very first days. At first yoga was something unattainable and magical for me. And the first lectures demolished my frames, fantasies and all knowledge about yoga. I discovered a new world of TRUTH, yes, that truth of truth. Logic and common sense, sense. I went into yoga not just from physics, but also from meditations and mantras, perhaps it was the basis of the basics, I didn't know almost anything about pranoyama, I studied only full breathing and cycles, but now understanding and studying again demolished all myths and fantasies. You know, I'll tell you that it's not so easy to clear your mind of the dusting of fantasy beliefs. No wonder they say that what you believe in comes to life. And now anything can come to life, and now the question arises, is it real? In fact, yes, there is, you believe. But this is not always the case. And if you rely on the principles of yoga and at least skip through the first prince, then you can already understand what it is and how it works, ok. And yet. What is yoga? For me, this is not just a system of self-knowledge. This is a way of life and so it is said in the teachings. Yoga is a way of life. Yoga can be anyone, in any field of activity. For example, doctors. Well, what is not yoga. They take an oath that they will do everything possible to save a person and will save him from suffering. At the same time, they also turn on the second principle, past the third and first, they set a goal and go to it. And they try to make it so that it would be good for everyone. Of course, everything is not always cool and wonderful. And yet doctors are wonderful yogis. Although they say that yoga does not cure diseases, and here I can include the option that relates to diseases of the musculoskeletal system, but yoga does not cure anything at all, why? Yes, because we do it ourselves. We go to the doctors ourselves and check our condition, we move ourselves, we follow the recommendations ourselves, or we don't do anything at all. 


03. MY INSPIRATION IN YOGA FOR A WEEK.

Many thanks to my parents. Nevertheless, no matter what, I am and I have the opportunity to manifest and be useful. Thanks to the Tran 22 group for their homework. The greatest gratitude to mentor Larisa for our meetings and various conversations, everything is being structured slowly and everything is going fine. I thank the UPZ curators, you are wonderful, wonderful and inspiring teachers. Many thanks to our curators of the group, well, I just hug you tight.

I'm good. I try to allocate my time and do, albeit a little, but everything that would not accumulate anything. And so all things go forward without inhibition.
