Reflections...... It is necessary not only to think, but also to do. In general, I got out of the time space and went into myself. Yes, so week 16 still lasts. I'm laughing. In general, this week there is more stress that I am coping with. First I think, and then I do. That's cool.

I thank my classmates, this week they support me with their reviews, I thank the cloud of the school for its existence. I thank the curators of my course. And UPZ curators.

I'm good. I hold on to the cloud of the school with all my might, filtering everything through the principles of yoga. I did a great job making a video. I'm well done back in the here and now.
