🌱 We are also able to experience tactical sensation. There is yoga for it as well. It's called Nyasa Yoga.

🌱 However, we barely think of it as an information channel. Therefore, we often neglect it.

🌱 Nyasa Yoga is sometimes called a yoga massage. It is partially true - It does look like a massage. However, Nyasa Yoga is a spiritual practice for both who receive and give it.

🌱 Our physical abilities correlate with our emotional abilities. The ability to experience tactical sensation is deeply connected to one's heart.

🌱 Nyasa yoga helps to develop empathy, warms one's heart, and gives the power to feel other people on very subtle levels.

🌱 It also teaches one how to love. Both yourself and others.
