Good afternoon, this month we have discussed the topic of Hatha Yoga. I loved Kriya Yoga more, but having understood the theory and practice, I returned Hatha yoga to a permanent basis in order to better understand it. Information is great to go to bed, plus work in the classroom. I am glad that our school exists, which guides, gives knowledge and the opportunity to bring everything to life.
