I am inspired to express my meditations on yoga in thought outlines. Gradually - this can be more clearly articulated for example in an article for the Open Yoga Journal. In the meantime, spring, thoughts are pouring onto the paper of the notebook: it's not only about yoga, it's about life itself. About experiencing the moment of the PRESENT! About every second of contemplating the blooming nature, about the high sky and bright sunsets. So what is life in general, if not in the ability to enjoy these moments?
