This year I attended the spring seminar for the first time. And the first thing that impressed me was the magnificent nature. I was traveling from Siberia, where green leaves were just blooming. And here the lush crowns of trees rustled, flowers delighted the eyes, birds sang loudly in the morning. And already the mood is festive.

I had to pass the third exam in Anatomy and Hatha Yoga. I was very afraid of him, as anatomy was hard for me. But everything went great. I really enjoyed passing the exam, for which I am very grateful to all three commissions.

The seminar was dedicated to Generic Yoga. When I went to Moscow by train, I did not know about it. But, oddly enough, my immersion in the topic began during the trip. For three days my grandmother was my fellow traveler, who was on her way to the Ryazan region to see her dying brother. She told me about her family. About how she met her husband, how they raised children together, about funny incidents in life and how my husband passed away. About how her mother was dying before her eyes. Before her death, this old woman saw her departed relatives who came to her and seemed to help her make the transition into a state of non-being. Therefore, she died calmly, without fear, knowing in advance the day and hour of her death.

I listened to these stories and did not know how to react. And then at the seminar we talked about how death in India is perceived differently, as an integral part of life. We talked about the city of Varanasi, where all the Hindus dream of dying, where funeral fires are always openly burning near the river, and life is boiling around. Children run, tourists scurry, schools and universities work. The cycle of deaths and births continues, we leave and are born again to our own descendants. And this connection of native people always remains, regardless of whether we are alive now or not.

In general, this topic is very interesting and multifaceted. We think about personal happiness, freedom. But the lecture is sobering - the main thing is not this, but the eternal continuation of life so that our ancestors can return again in the form of our children. Everything is subordinated to this, and it is from here that our problems with the opposite sex follow. In this sense, it was informative to observe the mating games of frogs in the pond. Instincts that push you to connect with the first person you meet, change your partner - everything is clear and prompts you to think.

I liked the lectures of Alexandra Brami and Maria Gayatri very much. Thanks to this, you begin to understand that Generic Yoga is not an abstract teaching. This is what pervades our everyday life, this is our relationship with parents, children, husbands, relatives. Alexandra Brami also sings wonderfully! The fire ritual to placate them, which I attended for the first time, helped me to feel better the connection with the ancestors.

I returned from the seminar inspired and with a huge swarm of thoughts in my head. Probably, it should be so. Now I will look forward to the summer seminar. I hope I can ride it.
