Yoga is a system of self-knowledge. How to know yourself? Well, you can do it in different ways. A person can manifest himself in different spheres, in different directions, can be an excellent specialist at work or an excellent storyteller of poems. He can practice yoga or consider that he has never practiced yoga. But all of us, one way or another, are engaged in self-knowledge and cognition of this universe. If you start being more attentive to what you are doing, thinking, and even start practicing dream yoga, then your life turns into a 24-hour practice, so it is often difficult for me to say how much I practice yoga a day.
