I dunno if i would ever post somethin on forum if it wasn’t required as part of curriculum, but what i do know is that positive results of this actions came back pretty quickly in a manner of couple of weeks

First of all, while posting on forum you are  learning to express your thoughts and experiences “on paper”, and in process of doing so you start to better understand what is actually going on with you and your practice. Experiencing inside yourself is one thing, and when you publish, you seem to start trying to look at yourself through the eyes of other people - this is the first step towards your own more objective assessment.

As if suddenly inside you, you yourself began to shine a flashlight

Yes, it's stressful at first. I'm an introvert myself) but every next review is easier to write. Plus, you yourself choose what to write about and what not.

Writing forum reviews is a practice. Just like Kriya yoga is also an important practice. But typing your thoughts is a practice with your head, with your mind. And I would not rush to conclusions which of this will be more important))

While you write, you remember your practice, remembering - you repeatin your head what you did and remember, and repetition is....) (spoiler: repetition is mother of learning)

In addition, you are not writing alone, 20-30-40 more people are writing with you at the same time, and it becomes not so scary anymore)

When you wrote and published, you think to yourself “I spent so much time and effort myself, let me see what others write” and now you are starting to read the reviews of others, mentally empathizing as if you were writing them yourself, discovering something new for yourself, new ideas, thoughts, notes, you see how in general all this happens in others

And a bit of fun math in relation to the concept called “Cloud of School”, if you look at your review from the point of view of the university as a collection of all who are in it. Beside all else, “Cloud of School” is also a swarm of which you are a part of)

The video that everyone probably watched, but just in case, I'll insert it, the parallel with the school cloud is straight

Each of your reviews is new knowledge and information about the world, even if you yourself may not think so. You never know what useful conclusions others will draw from your information. Your review may be super useful for someone, even when you think you are writing simple, obvious things.

Suppose there are two of you in a yoga school. You wrote a review and your friend wrote a review. You've red each other's reviews. You have enriched your comrade with your experience, and he has enriched you. The amount of new knowledge increased by 2

If there are three of you and in the same way we will count the number of combinations who could read and find out something for ourselves in the reviews of others - 6. If there are four of you, then the number of reciprocal connections during the exchange is already 12!

Fast forward, I would like to note that if you have 40 people in a school, then a simple one-time publication and reading of a review after some event by each participant will increase the potential knowledge of the “school” by 1560 !!!!!!!

If there are 40 people in a school and you write one review, then you actually write more than one review, you automatically write them from one to forty at least (addin each person that have red your review) (no one knows exact number, sometimes maybe hundreds if you take into account the outer circle of people)

Your review is the living knowledge of yoga. You try to do yoga and let it through you, pass life through yourself and share what happened. In this vein, your feedback of the “retreat” or the past week is potentially no different from the yoga sutras of Patanjali. Yes, he spent more time and effort on them. But there is no fundamental difference

And when you do not publish a review, it is same as if Patanjali did not publish his yoga sutras. And where would we be without them?)

Oh yeah, and the requirement to post a couple of comments on the reviews of others is overwhelming, too! People understand that they are not writing in a void and receive feedback, which inspires to write more. Great!
