I take part in Kriya Yoga marathon for 108 days, this is the time of rediscovery and work on oneself. What is Kriya Yoga? This is a dynamic meditation that allows us to understand what we are not and realize our higher self. When doing kriya diligently and regularly, we cognize and subjugate first the gross physical body, then the subtle one - our thoughts and emotions, well, the most difficult - the subtlest - such as a sense of the joy of being.
What prevents us from immediately realizing who we really are? This is our karma, which is imprinted on all levels of our bodies. It is karma that determines what kind of physical body we get. Our thoughts are nothing more than the imprints of our karma. Even the subtlest sensation of causeless joy or sadness is due to our karma.
Kriya yoga helps to grind our karma like a millstone into dust and sand. With Kriya, we work out the lack of movement, the implementation of which is inherent in our bodies. And we also build up a supply of vitality, which will come in handy so as not to form new negative karma, for example, by being rude to a neighbor.
It happens that we start to practice kriya yoga, we want to grind all the negative karma and realize our higher self, but around us, on the contrary, everything goes wrong, we swear with our loved ones, circumstances pile up and everything goes up and down. We don't have to give up everything! Imagine that leaves fell on the path and no one removed them for a long or even a very long time))) and then we take a broom and swing, the second - the leaves rise in a whirlwind and it takes a lot of time and effort to remove all of them! Even if the leaves seem to be endless, we just have to show patience and perseverance, and the leaves will be removed.
